Each fabric is tested for weight consistency, shrinkage behavior, and surface finish before pattern development begins. No production fabric is approved without completed wash and wear testing.
Process 02
Pattern Drafting
Patterns are developed from block foundations and refined through multiple iterations. Structural fit points are verified across size range before grading.
Process 03
Material Sourcing
Materials are sourced from verified mills with documented weight specifications. Hardware is selected for matte finish and structural durability. No decorative elements.
Process 04
Construction
All seams are double-stitched or reinforced at stress points. Construction methods prioritize structural integrity over production speed. Each unit is inspected before release.
