Orders & Shipping

All sales are final. Orders are processed and shipped within the stated timeframe. GRIDWORK is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. Tracking information is provided for all orders.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition with all tags attached. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, product codes, design system documentation, and visual assets, is the property of GRIDWORK. Reproduction or distribution without written permission is prohibited.
